Where can I buy a very tall door frame (with transom & glazed fanlight)?

I am looking to replace a door frame. The frame itself is very tall (around 2670mm) but of standard width. It is the type with a transom with a piece of glass above it. It currently has a 40mm thick old external door on it. The door is situated just after the UPVC front door leading onto the hallway. I want to replace the frame with an external frame and hang a heavy external door on it . Where can I buy such a frame? Or are these only made to order? I am in Birmingham and would appreciate your feedback.

Buy a standard door frame, 2m of 5x1 to make a fan light, 4m of 15mm quadrant and a peice of glass. Job done

You will have to have the frame made by a carpenter/joiner as it is not a standard item.
