Why is my shower not releasing water?

Hi, I have a hairdressing business and one of our showers isnt releasing water. Its a triton shower and it lights up but no water comes out. Every other one is fine apart from this one. Any ideas? Could it be a quick fix? Thanks.

hi i would check to make sure that the isolation valve to the shower is turned on. simon

I'm assuming the Triton shower is mains cold water fed. They have inside a solenoid which can become stuck due to scale. Before undoing the cover turn off the electrical supply!! It may be possible to free it for now by simply twisting the actuator. It will be the last component before the shower hose screws on. Good Luck.
