We have built an extension with planning permission. Can we add a conservatory without further planning application?.

BEST TO CONTACT PLANNING DEPARTMENT. I CONTACT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENTS HERE IN THE SCOTTISH COUNCILS. YOU MAY ALSO NEED A BUILDING WARRANT

having had building permission you still need to contact your local authority to ask size you can go to because of light to neighbours and how much garden you will have been left with.conservatives normally do not need permission but might need building regs,hope this helps
