Best insulation and flooring for Concrete Kitchen Floor

I have tiled kitchen floor on concrete base. I need an advise on what is the best way to insulate and what is the best flooring to avoid kitchen getting cold.

Eclipse flooring

There are a 2 ways you can go imo.
Karndean or another type of LVT flooring used with base of Jumpax boards or a Laminate flooring with a good underlay like timbertech 2 original
