Tools for lifting glazed terracota floor tiles grouted with sand and cement
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.11 PM
Time for a change in the kitchen where we have had 300 x 300 x 20 glazed terracota floor tiles (from Porcelanosa) for 12 years. They were laid on a cement floor with tile adhesive (I think) but with a sand and cement grout (very wide as was the style of the time!!) I am looking for the best way of lifting them (damaging them is no problem). Has anyone any advice as to the best heavy duty lifting tool(s) to use, please?
