Cooker door is broken, can the hobs still be used?

My cooker door came off at the hinge and has now been completely removed. Is it still safe to use the grill and hobs?

Well I would think so..... you do realise this is a question and answers section of a site for builders...... you need a new cooker this is more a question for currys
