Is it possible to externally insulate and render without loosing details such as arches around doorways, brick details above windows etc? All examples I have seen make a property look very square, angular and featureless. Thanks

Hi Mike, as with anything you get what you pay for! A good builder wold be able to reinstate some of the features with brick slips tiled on top of the insulation.
