Black mould on ceilings and walls

I have mould grown on almost every celiens and wall in my house. I have done a fungus remover and preventment but it still keeps coming back and getting worse. I have now discovered mould mites in one room and I have bleached and cleaned everything. I don't know what else to do asmy housing association are not helping very much. I have cracks appearing in walls and I also have white aspestos on my celiens. I have 3 kids that stay here and I don't know what 2 do now. Please help
