Gurgling trapped air noise from pipes out of Honeywell heater

It used to happen once or twice a day for a few seconds, but now this trapped air/gurgling noise lasts for 4-5 minutes. We live in an apartment block and noticed it happens when other flush or use their water as well as when we use ours. Im unsure what to do.
