New plasterer looking for further learning with experienced tradesman West Sussex.

I have a plasterer who is looking for further experience with an experienced tradesman. He has completed a course in the trade, has all his own tools and has undertaken several plastering jobs already. He wants to improve his knowledge of the trade as well as as much practice as he can get to improve quality and speed. He is super reliable and hard working. Looking for perhaps 1 or 2 days a week/weekends if that suits.
