Bomb damage to front facia of house

The front of my house is damaged due to London bombing. Should the Council be responsible in providing a renovation grant?

I wouldn't have thought so by now but its worth asking. Which bombings are you referring to? if its WW2 then I would not expect them to unless the building is of historical importance or in an area where they are trying to keep the existing character. Plenty of buildings in and around London have "scars" from WW2 and in one way are part of the architectural history of the areas.
