No pressure in the hot bath tap!!

Help - I have good pressure everywhere in my house with the exception of the hot tap on the bath. Initially we thought it was the inner section of the tap because we were having trouble with it so have changed this but to no avail. I have an electric immersion tank which heats the water. Any suggestions??

This could possibly be an airlock, the easiest way to clear it (if this is the problem) would be to put a wet-vac on the hot tap whilst the tap is open and try and suck the airlock out
