Price diffrence between 3.5 x 5 kitchen extention and 2.5 x 4.5 in Buckingham area

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.14 PM

Hi, we are struggling to make a decision between 3.5 x 5 extension or 2.5 x 4.5 extension, with larger extension we could move our current kitchen to new extension and our old kitchen space will become a family area, which is perfect, but we would like to find out what the price difference would be between this size extensions? Also the Architect costs are £850 just for drawing and everything else been quoted about £1300 extra, is that correct? I feel its bit expensive, but I'm not sure. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you in advance.

Before deciding on sizes you would have to consider the size of units, position thereof, and if they will fit in your extension whatever the size.Another consideration would be if you extend the kitchen could you get the same units and doors as you have now.If you can email me drawings of the original (size of units and position) I could tell you what would be the best economically. "everything else been quoted about £1300 extra" what is this for???????
