Hi everyone, I'm in the planning stages of building an annex. 6.7m by 3.3m x 4m high. I'm thinking of using 38mmx140mm cls (6x2) for the frame, do you think that's an overkill. Rendered over EML. Dave

no sounds ok ive erected for few timber frame companys which do it this way it all adds to insulation value obviously need ply the frame too and breather paper
