How much to build a little brick built porch?

I am desperate for storage in my 2-bed semi-detached bungalow (Whitton, Middx area). I would like to start with a little porch area with a tiled sloping roof (like neighbour up road)before perhaps getting a full width extension in rear, depending on costs and whether I can save up for. I need planning permission for tiled roof as it is a bit high (according to an architect who had a look)

The cost for the porch labour and material would come to around 5000 to 7000 could be cheaper would need to see plans and property.
