Can polished porcelain tiles scratch and if so how can you repair scratches.

I recently had the majority of my ground floor tiled in high gloss white porcelain tiles. I have been advised that they do not scratch. However, I recently noticed some scratches on the kitchen floor. Are these scratches easily removable or have I been miss informed about these tiles durability. Can you please advise me of how I can get rid of the scratches to my floor.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Scratched porcelain cannot be fixed unless you replace the tile

I've polished scratches out with Autosol metal polish before they were polished black tiles
