Convert commercial gas supply to a residential gas suppy

I wonder if a gas expert can help me. We are in a property that was used commercial gas as A5 take away. We are converting this into a flat. Can someone advise me how to go about to make the gas supply become suitable for residential usage iterms of: (i) Who is quality to do this job. (ii) What does it entail? (iii) Likely cost (iv) I also require to re-locate the meter inside to outside to make meter reading easier and reclaiming space of room that is presently taken up by gas meter.
