Wet architrave and skirting board

I have a corner of my Scirting board and bottom of arcatrev that's got wet and swollen up and peeled, looks awfull, what's the best way to fix and does it all need replacing ? Many thanks

you've got water ingress from somewhere that would need looking into first before any type of remedial work is carried out, good possibility that it would need replacing.
