my tiling is all uneven and mis-shapes have been used to fill gaps

i have had the tiler back from company he said the whole bathroom needs re tiling company will not agree what can i do the new bathroom is only 6 months old.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Sadly trading standards will not do much I'm afraid.they will suggest court action and a solicitor.
The law states that you must give the tiler a chance to make good his poor work.
If he refuses then and only they can you get reports from other tilers and the ombudsman.
It's costs about £40 to take the tiler to a small claims court(£5000.00 maximum)
I myself had to take a plumber to court last year and I won.it will probably take you 3 months if he chooses to fight.
The ombudsman will be your best option to speak to first.

Tell them to come back and retile or request refund or you will have no option but report them to trading standards if the situation is not resolved.
