What are the options for bath shower mixer taps if the distance between the pipe centres is 200 mm?

I recently moved into a flat with a bath but no shower. I was thinking about replacing the taps on the bath with a bath shower mixer tap but the distance between the pipe centres is 200 mm and I believe the standard is 180 mm. I know that some of the traditional telephone handset type are adjustable but I don't really like those styles and they are often expensive. What are my options?
