Removed Cylinder and re-pipe Combi boiler

I have a combi boiler and a Conventional sysytem working together in my house and i have just have the cylinder discnnected , removed . The Combi was repiped to . I paid £960 to have it done , was this a fair price . The same plumber has quoted me £1360 to remove my 10 year old Glowworm C30i combi Boiler , to be replaced with a Main 30kw , repipe and put sludge remover into the rads . Am i being fleeced .
