Can I replace wood flooring without removing skirting boards?

I want to replace my old wood flooring with new flooring.Can this be done without removing the skirting boards,plus I do not want to have bead edging.

yes we can do but it s take more time and need more atention.

Technically can be done, but price for labor will be way to much. will be cheaper to be done as a proper job by removing skirtings
