My boiler appears to be working, pilot light is on & making a noise, but no hot water or heating. its a thorn emi apollo boiler, have changed the pump but still doesnt work. any ideas?

Tell your Gas Man is there 240v to the Gas Valve if yes. Then New Honeywell Gas Valve is Needed.
You Need a Gas Safe Heating Engineer to do this Job!!!
