Easiest way to improve water pressure in upstairs shower

Hello. My shower has virtually no water pressure at all (upstairs). We have a water cylinder which is in the bathroom and the shower is not electric. What is the best way to improve the pressure? Electric shower? Combi Boiler? Changing the tank in the loft? Any advice greatly appreciated! Thanks

Best thing to do is have a shower pump installed.
Will increase water pressure for you.
