Driveway not sealed, can I park on it?

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.09 PM

I had a block paving drive installed 2 weeks ago but the builder hadn't sealed it due to the bad weather. I'm still trying to get him to come over to seal it but no such luck yet. Can I still park my car on the drive?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Stop, do not seal the drive for at least 6 months, the blocks need to weather, and all the impurities absorbed by the pallet time in storage need to come out, if you seal it now then all the above will be sealed in and the new seal will lift off, dave
