two coats of k rend or one

do you put two coats on for k rend then leave it to dry before scratching.

Put the specified amount of additive in the first coat it will give accurate amount on label or on the tech sheet for the product , if you have to build the wall out will two sand cement coats then scratch the first coat before it dries as if you try to scratch it when its dry it wont scratch, i would recommend scudding the wall instead of glue. & finally i would leave for a day before adding any more coats

we always put on two coats first coat as scratch coat leave it for day then on second day add top coat leave top coat 2mm over beads for day then give top coat scratch so its all level and smooth finish we have had no problems at all doing it this way we find this is best way for good finish
