what is included in 1st fix?

having alot of work done and quote is for 1st fix in bathroom water pipes connected old radiator pipes left not in correct position and no waste for sink or shower builder said waste was done later but that means lifting floor again help please

1st fix means putting all the pipes into place prior to other trades, ie tilers, plasteres ect coming and doing their thing. A second fix is when everything is completed we come and conect up the appliances. ie fit the bath, rads, sink ect. in some cases pipe can be added or adjusted but normal I would put the waste in as a first fix. I suggest you ask the builder why he hasn't done so, he may have a valid reason.
