My Altech shower pump has died. Can I replace straight to Salamander or ST shower pump?

My old altech shower pump started leaking and getting noisier than ever. I want change a better and newer one as Salamander or Stuart Turner? Possible to replace strait away or should change anything else? Thanks Norbert

Go for a Stuart & Turner replacement, by far a better quality build product. Make sure you choose the correct power shower first, some are negative head others are positive head, if in doubt give S & T are ring they will be happy to advise.
