glow worm 24cxi boiler makes random trumpet sounds from flue

hi there we have a had a combi fitted approx 3 months ago and we are getting a trumpeting sound from boiler / flue when its idle then it fires up and makes this noise in 3 or 4 bursts then shuts down / idles again.. any clues ? many thanks Andy

Air intake or gas. As above says could be fan settings or faulty gas valve.
