Conservatory roof leak (back side roof pabel cut about a foot shorter than other panels)

my conservatory has been erected to the side of my garage wall which means the back side roof panel has been cut about a foot shorter than the other panels, this is normal I guess but has developed small leak ! I have managed to look at the area in mention by means of a ladder but the area is very restricted to work to! the area has been sealed with like thin lead type roll material! I have noted that the fall cannot be right as water is sitting some what but obviously does make the guttering when raining but is sitting there when not raining, any ideas what I can do to remedy the situation of the drop and to seal to make water tight?
