My house may be suffering subsidence - and the foundations will have to be accessed through the conservatory. What are the implications damage wise to the conservatory?

My guess is the footings in your conservatory are not the correct depth. The footings will crack eventually then it will travel up the brick work

No disrespect but I think DMF missed the point you were asking, you consevatory floor would have to come out about a metre wide along side of your house so as to give access to under your house foundation to do the repair work
