Radiator stopped working when any thermostatic valve is closed

Having some headache with my central heating radiator. When i close any one thermostatic valve (TVR) the whole central heating radiators stopped working; so radiators can't be control from room to room. Please let me know how to resolve the problem, Many Thanks

Is your heating system relatively new or considerably old i.e. 30 years plus? Update: I can to the same conclusion as P.A.Harris Plumbing and Heating below but poster yet to confirm that.

Sounds like your heating system is an old 1 pipe system would recommend upgrading to 2 pipe.
