Removing white marks on exterior wall of house

I am trying to remove what appears to be discolouring caused by water leaking from a damaged down pipe that has left white marks on the outside brick wall under the bathroom. So far I've tried Ever Build 401 high strength brick & patio cleaner using a scubbing brush but with only limited success. I understand soap and detergents may only make the problem worse and leave more permanent staining. Any tips welcome please.

The White marks coming though the brick work is salt staining generally salt already in the brick seeping out due to weather and excess moisture

hi I have come acrossed this on a painted wall before and used diluted bleach with scrubbing brush then jet washed off not holding jet wash to close Mind you this was a painted surface. I do believe you can get a acid solution to clean bricks have never used this, worth a mention Good luck marks Painting Services
