New Vaillant system boiler 630 - digital clock shows no figures or icons

Hi I had a new Vaillant system boiler 630 installed 2 weeks ago and everything is fine but the digital clock only shows the blue background light with no figures or icons. I reset it and its still the same,but is working fine. Any idea on how to correct it, or is it a faulty digital display? The display was working fine until recently. Any advice appreciated
