Elbi 709L 125 FH050 pressure vessel - pressure dropped off

I have an Elbi 709L 125 FH050 pressure vessel providing water pressure throughout my home. Unfortunately the pressure has dropped off and am unable to get it to what it was. What am I doing wrong?

is this a white vessel ? , have you checked pre set pressure (3bar )these are usually a nitrogen cushion unit ,if pressure has gone you will need a new one,they are list price about £1300.
