Recurring problem of water penetration on walls

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 2.52 PM

Despite costly work done on a wall beside a window, which had water penetrating the wall, the problem has reoccurred a year on. I have been advised by the specialist that the water penetration is due to the heating not being on throughout the summer and warmer months. Any other advice on why this problem has arisen again, despite the plastering all being removed internally and re-plastered and external cracks supposedly filled and fixed?

without looking at this issue it is impossible to say what may or may not be causing this problem, best bet is post it on the site and get a local expert round to asses the situation. good luck Alex
