What is the minimum amount of keying required when repainting existing oil based eggshell with new oil based eggshell?

All ways best to give a light key up between coats don't go mad just hand sand with 120 grit paper .then wipe with damp cloth.

Sand to get key, light sand between coats and leave 24 hour before repaint or will crackle.
