Santon Premier plus boiler not working after coming back from holiday

Hi I have Santon Premier plus boiler, and after I came back from holiday central heating and hot water not working. I am new to this tech. Usually, my landlord comes and does with the valves and it starts working. But he is away now, and I dont know how to operate it. Will appreciate any advise and help!!

Phone a local gas safe engineer, do not attempt any repairs yourself. Think safety!
You will have to pay for his time plus parts, then obtain a receipt and present it to your landlord for reimbursement. You have stated your landlord is away, try to contact him/her for authorisation if this fails, allowing a reasonable time frame then you have no choice but to carry out my initial recommendation!

Santon Prem Plus is not a boiler, its an unvented hot water cylinder. You must have G3 unvented qualifications to work on this, these things kill people. No need for Gas safe, but does need to be G3 qualified.
