Sealant come apart and inside window sill dropped

I heard a popping sound last night and when I woke up the sealant on my pvc bedroom window has pulled apart and the inside window sill has dropped an inch. What shall I do?

hi , the window board /cill needs to be removed , all traces of silicone and activator removed thoroughly . the window board can then be re activated and siliconed in place . it may need some packing pieces below window board so that it is sitting solid and flat
