Selling our home and we do not have a compliance certificate for the heating system

Selling our home and we do not have a compliance certificate for the heating system installed by our plumber in 2011 . We are unable to get hold of the plumber and want to know if there is another way of obtaining this? Our buyers has requested this. Or anyway we can get the works certified?

Easy one to answer, contact your local gas safe engineer and request a certificate of compliance for the boiler, explain the situation and most will be happy to instigate the necessary paperwork, but please bear in mind you are asking him/her to put their name to someone else's work, so the cost of this will reflect that.
