How long would it take for a bay window roof to dry out after damp?

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 2.52 PM

Hi, I had my bay window fixed in May following a long term leak. The cracks were sealed and it was painted with a water repellent black goo. We are still getting damp / mould coming through into the sitting room, but no water which is what was happening before. How long would it take for a bay window roof to dry out, if it can only do it internally due to the barrier on the outside?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
