Got a bit of blown plaster in my front room

Blown plaster, what do I do it's not a lot but would like it done properly. I'm on a end. Tractors hit my wall when cutting grass..

If a tractor hit your wall and blew the plaster off inside then you have a more serious problem to address than a bit of patch plastering. I'd check for cracks and get in touch with your insurance company.
