How to clear and clean Passyfier vents?

Please could you advise how to clear and clean out passyfier vents. We had cavity wall insulation installed and some of the material went into the vents which are now slightly blocked up. Would I need a handy man/builder to do this job or specialist cleaning company? Any advice / recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.
