Damage to driveway caused by lorries whilst making deliveries

Who's responsible for the damage to driveway caused by the lorries whilst making deliveries during extension build? This is a shared driveway made from tarmac. Damage has also occurred to paving slabs on the footpath.

you should talk to your builder and ask if he ordered the deliveries if so he has a contract with the delivery company and you may be able to claim against the delivery company
