Puddles of water from the front and side of the toilet base

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 2.52 PM

A family member fitted a new toilet seat for me. He struggled to remove the old one and now there are small yet constant puddles of water coming from the front and side of the toilet base? What do u think has happened and could i fix it myself?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

If the only work was replacing the seat and it was difficult then it does sound like the pan is cracked. Whether or not you can fix it yourself really depends on your abilities.
