What materials are Benchmarx kitchens/Wickes kitchens made of

Hi, does anyone know what material these kitchen cabinets are made from? we can't find any information on their website? Thanks

Hi Like most kitchen manufacturers, UK & European they will be made from MFC - Melamine Faced Chipboard, it does vary in thickness from supplier to supplier from 16mm-18mm & most are available in White carcases with some better manufacturers offering colour co-ordinated (matching door finish) like my own range of kitchens, hope this helps

Wow, that's a real how long is a piece of string question! Different products used in a kitchen build use different materials so for example, plinths, cornice, pelmets, décor ends, cabinet carcasses, worktops, doors, cabinet backs, drawers - all of these can use different materials and then different ranges use different materials for the same product. A door in one range can use material (a) but material (b) in a different range. Say which range you are looking at and which product and we can give you the answer. Regards, TB Renovations
