What type of sand and cement needed for white outside rendering?

What type of cement and sand needed for white outside rendering? Also what is the mixing quantities?

You could use a pre mixed coloured render such as k rend, but the cheaper option would be a sand cement render then paint it white. Scratch coat 4 sand to 1 cement then top coat would be 5 sand to 1 cement.
