Mira Flight shower trap cleaning

After a few months of use, the shower in our new build house is blocked. It's a Mira Flight tray and I cannot work out how to clean the trap. There's just a hole which is covered by a plastic cap which sits on top so theres nothing to twist and take oit. Any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

After a few months and problems already, chances are the waste has been incorrectly run and that is the route of the problem.
