Bristan Monobloc kitchen taps noise in use

Hi, I've replaced the washers on both taps in recent weeks and they quickly deteriorate and the taps are noisy in use. I see that there is such thing as a ceramic washer and I wonder if that's what I should be using. I'd never heard of a ceramic washer, are they easily found?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Sounds like too much pressure try running other water taps at the same time and see if this quietens the noise.
