NVQ Level 2 Assesment .. 1 and a half brick pillar with 2 course of 27mm oversails

I have been given a task of building a 1 and a half brick pillar 11 courses high with 27mm over sails over 2 courses before brick on edge. Could anyoine help me with the bonding of the oversails, i cant seem to figure it out without getting more or less straight joints. What am i doing wrong?

You need quarter brick (quoin) after your first brick
